Marie and Victor Garza have lived in Marion for 30 years, raising their four children and building their business. Marie worked for several years in New Braunfels ISD and now is a Migrant Teacher for Marion ISD. Marie was elected to the Board at the time of our conversion from a water supply corporation to a Special Utility District.
