Green Valley Special Utility District's Utility Billing Department is responsible for the billing of water and wastewater (sewer).

Green Valley Special Utility District offers a wide variety of convenient payment options for our customers. Simply choose the option that best suits your needs.

Pay by Phone

To pay by phone please call 877-209-8440 for English or 888-626-9064 for Spanish. Please have your account and tenant number to pay via phone.

Online Bill Payment

Paying your bill online. We accept Visa/Master Card, American Express, and Discover.


All credit, debit, or online ACH payments will incur a convenience fee.

  • A charge of $2.50 to any transaction below $85
  • A charge of 2.95% to any transaction above $85

Security and Privacy: We respect and are committed to protecting your privacy. Your payment and personal information is always safe. Our Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software is the industry standard and among the best software available today for secure commerce transactions. It encrypts all of your personal information, including credit card number, name and address, so that it cannot be read over the internet. We will not sell your information to anyone.

Refunds: All refunds will be provided as a credit to the credit card used at the time of the transaction. Refunds take 3 to 5 business days to process before funds are available.

USPS is experiencing delays to avoid late fees, please mail your payment more than five to seven business days before the 10th. 

Automatic Bank Draft

The worry-free way to pay your water bill. With this service, the amount of your monthly bill is automatically deducted from your bank account and credited to your utility account. There is no set-up fee or charge associated with this method of payment. 

To set up Automated Bank Draft, simply download and fill out the ACH Recurring Debit Form (PDF) and drop it off or mail it to our office, along with a voided check.

Payment Through Financial Institution Online Bill Pay

Many financial institutions such as major banks offer their customers the ability to pay their bills via an online bill payment service (through your bank's website). Normally, these services debit the customer's checking or savings account to pay the bill. Depending on the financial institution, they may or may not charge a fee for the service. Payments may take up to seven business days to post to the customer's account. Please consult with your bank for more information.
