COVID-19 Update

Green Valley SUD has closed the drive through effective Thursday April 2, 2020. You can use the night drop along with the IVR Payment Line and Online Payment Portal to make a payment. As our lobby is closed, we will not be accepting cash payments since we cannot provide receipts or change at this time. If you need to discuss your account, or business concerns you can call the office at 830-914-2330. We can also be reached via email at customerservice@gvsud.org . To assist you with the quickest response time possible please limit your calls to emergency situations.  As we are still working with limited staff wait times may be longer than normal or the phone lines may be ring busy.

If you are a new customer and need to set up service, we will be accepting those applications online only.  If you do not have access to a printer, you are able to pick up a Customer Service Application Packet by the Night Drop at the office.  At this time New Applications are still required to provide the necessary documentation to set up water service.
