Green Valley Special Utility District offers our customers a wide variety of convenient payment options. Simply choose the option that best suits your needs.
Pay in Person
Pay your bill in person by using our drive-thru lanes or visiting our office at:

We accept cash, checks, money orders, Master Card, Visa, American Express, or Discover for your convenience.
Payment Drop Box
We offer a drop box located in the first drive-thru lane for payments at any time. We accept cash, checks, or money orders in the drop box.
Pay by Phone
To pay by phone using our Interactive Voice Response (IVR) system, please call:
- 877-209-8440 for English
- 888-626-9064 for Spanish
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. Please have your account and tenant number ready.
Online Bill Payments
To pay your bill online, please click here. We accept Visa, Master Card, American Express, Discover, and e-Check (ACH).

- Select the ‘Online Payment’ option from the Customer Service tab on our website.
- Select the ‘Bill Pay’ button from the homepage.
Payment by Mail
Green Valley Special Utility District is not responsible for misdirected mail or delays due to postal issues. We accept checks, money orders, or cash.

Automatic Bank Draft
Here’s a quick summary of what you need to do to set up an automated bank draft:
- Download and fill out the Bank Draft form: You can find this form on the Customer Service tab under Additional Forms
- Provide a voided check: You’ll need this for the associated bank account. If you do not have a voided check, please call our office for other options.
- Submit the form: You have several options to send it in:

This payment method has no setup fees or charges, making it a convenient and worry-free way to handle your bill.
Fees
All credit, debit, or online e-check payments will incur a third-party processing fee.
• A charge of $2.50 to any transaction below $85
• A charge of 2.95% to any transaction above $85
