The customer is responsible for any leak occurring from the meter to the home.
The most common leaks are:
- Service line from meter to the home
- Pressure Reducing Valve
- Customer Hand Valve
- All plumbing fixtures in and out of the house
- Irrigation lines and sprinkler heads
- Backflow devices
- Water softeners
- Running Toilets
